Then the ball of flame and stone spike attacked the Gray Wolves and reaped their lives.
It was a stunning victory. They guided their targets with fire arrows, inflicting heavy damage on them with Earth Walls, and finally finished them off. they weren’t intimidated by the demonic beasts they faced for the first time, and held their ground well.

Though I like it but still I can't get how children of this world (caron, orca) are so gung-ho about hunting whereas I, even if it's only a snake or rat or any other mammal, can't bear to hurt it (except for self defence). Not only cause it feels morally wrong but also cause it is disgusting.

but they are clearly doing it cause their brother is doing something fun and they want in on it. So, there is not much psychological or physical pressure/urge on them to force them do this disgusting thing (as the scene of killing a being is most of the time grotesque and the smell is nauseating). Many children don't even like the smell of fish and children are easily afraid of things so even after all these, do the actions of these children seem child like?
Of course it's a fiction and I know there's gonna be some inconsistencies with reality and I am not complaining about the novel. But just my opinion.
